Microprocessor controlled UV Spot Curing System with a 100W Mercury short arc lamp.
- Vacuum fluorescent display - 2 line X 20 character
- Seven (7) push buttons for operator control
- Messages include alerting the operator that it is time to check the lamp intensity, or replace the lamp, as necessary.
- Suits manual or automated operation
- RS-232 communication port (9-pin “D” connector) which allows a host computer to control and/or query the system
- User interface includes:
- Set exposure time
- Program exposure cycle
- Run exposure program
- Set wake up time – system can be programmed to go to sleep
- User defined Lamp monitoring interval - a reminder to check the intensity of the lamp and enter information to precisely control the exposure dose
- Reset lamp hours when Lamp is replaced
- Set date and time
